Our logo, the raven, has a very specific meaning to our firm and our clients. These birds are used throughout Celtic mythology as a symbol for life's unavoidable crises and generally appear to foreshadow impending war. Simultaneously, though, we like to associate the raven with taking these crises as they come, working past them, learning from them, and ultimately coming out better for the experience.

General Legal Advisement

In the spirit of making California a better place for business, we make it easy for local employers to get legal counsel without having to break the bank or jump through hoops. Rather, they can hire us on a no-fee retainer basis. For instance, if you own or run a small business, you may want legal advisement but not actually need an attorney right now. We’ve got you covered. To get the counsel you seek, simply reach out to our firm. We will open a miscellaneous business file for you, which provides you with two free hours of business training each year. And of course, should you need actual legal representation, you know you can turn to us.

Sexual Harassment Prevention Training

In California, employers are required to hold sexual harassment prevention training for their employees at least once every two years. Our lead attorney, Charles, is qualified to deliver this training and does so at a very reasonable price.

Mediation Services

Although our primary focus is employment disputes and litigation, we also mediate cases as needed. If you are involved in a lawsuit and looking to cooperatively negotiate terms with the other side, we would be more than happy to guide you through that process.
